Abstract
The Central Statistics Agency is a government agency that has a wide network, ranging from the center to the provinces, districts and sub-districts. At the provincial level there is the provincial BPS office and at the kabupaten / kota level there is the kabupaten / kota BPS office. Each regency / city BPS has the equipment up to the sub-district level which is referred to as the Kecamatan Statistics Coordinator (KSK). The problem in this study is 1) What is the general description of professionalism, integrity, organizational culture and the performance of NTT Province BPS staff? 2) Does professionalism have a positive and significant impact on the NTT Province BPS organizational culture? 3) Does professionalism have a positive and significant effect on the performance of NTT Province BPS employees? 4) Does integrity have a positive and significant effect on the NTT Province BPS organizational culture? 5) Does integrity have a positive and significant effect on the performance of NTT Province BPS employees? 6) Does the organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of NTT Province BPS employees? The population in this study were employees who were at the NTT Province BPS. The sample in this study were 73 respondents. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. There are two analytical tools used in this study, namely descriptive analysis techniques and Structure Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that professionalism, integrity, organizational culture and performance are in the high category. The results of inferential statistical analysis indicate that the variable professionalism has a significant effect on organizational culture, the variable professionalism has a significant effect on performance, the integrity variable has a significant effect on organizational culture, the integrity variable does not affect the performance and organizational culture variables have no effect on performance. NTT Provincial BPS staff should pay more attention to working hours discipline in and out of the office and pay more attention to performance in terms of timeliness of the entry of work documents and can provide rewards for employees so that they have discipline in going out of the office and accuracy of income in order to improve the performance of NTT Province BPS.
