Abstract

This study is entitled “The Impact Of Village Fund Allocation On Empowerment and Improvement Of Community Welfare In The Village Of Kokotobo, Adonara Sub District, Central Flores Regency” Formulationof the problem. 1). Whether the allocatioan of village funds has an impant on community empowerment in the village of kokotobo 2). Whether the allocation of village funds has an impact on the welfare of the community in the village of kokotobo. The purpose of this study was. 1). To find out the importance of village funds of community empowerment in the village of kokotobo 2). To find out the allocation of village funds has an impact on the welfare of the community in the village of kokotobo This study uses a type op qualitative dat with a descriptive approach. The teachnique of collating data through interviews, observation and literature study. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative that answers the problems of The Impact Of Village Fund Allocation On Empowerment And Improvement Of Community Welfare by data systematically, analysing and interpreting data. The results of this study indicate that 1). Village fund allocation has a well impact on community empowermen 2). Village fund allocation has a well impant on improving the welfare of the communy. Kokotobo villagers in this case prove by incareasing infrastructure in the village of kokotobo, the allocation of village funds also provides benefits to village development in the areas of physical development and on physical because the majority of the people in kokotobo village have lielihoods as farmers, so the benefits of allocating village funds are very good for the people in kokotbo village, central flores regency. As for intenal and external factor that hamper in village development, internal factors are limited knowledge and understanding of human resources. External factors namely village development and lack of public awareness. Should in development before the development village took place religious leaders and village officials so that the proposed determinatioan and village are in accordance with village regulation.guidance and supercvision from the regional government must hild questioning and guedence to the treasurer in order to realize the funds properly
