Abstract

The Tourist Places search application in East Flores Regency is designed to be built with the aim of making it easier for local and foreign tourists to access information about tourist sites, lodging and transportation in the Regency. This is to overcome the problem of lack of information about tourism potential in East Flores Regency, a system that can provide information, including information about the geographical location of attractions in East Flores, using Android-based smartphone devices, and MySQL as data. storage media. So tourists visiting East Flores Regency can easily get information related to tourism in East Flores Regency, and can help promote tourism potential in East Flores Regency.This system development is the System Development Life Cycle method. This method consists of several stages namely, system analysis, system design, system implementation, operation, and system maintenance. Tourism applications in East Flores were built with the Java programming language.The Travel Attraction application in East Flores Regency using an Android-based smartphone produces a map of tourist locations, so that it can make it easier for tourists to find the desired tourist spots.
