Abstract

Specifically is: 1) describe the ability of teachers in managin learning by applying cooperative learning model type assisted team individualization (TAI). 2) describe the cooperative skills of studen in the process implementing learning wich apply cooperative learning model of type assisted individualization team (TAI). 3) describe the completenes of learning out comes indicators (IHB) in learning that apply cooperative learning model of type individualization team (TAI). 4) discribe the completenss of learning outcomes of studen who apply cooperative learning model of individualization team (TAI). 5) describe the respons of studen to the learning process that apply cooperative model of type assisted individualization (TAI). This type of research is descriptive. subjects is the study are teachers and students VIIA grade SMP country 16 kupang city academic year 2017/2018 which amounted to 28 people techniques used in data collection that is observation, test, questionnaire. learing device used in this reserach is teacing materials of studen,syllabus,learning immplementation plean,student worksheet,and test result learning grid, while the instment used in this research is the observation sheet of TAI type cooperative learning management tes of learning outcomes (product,affective,psycomotor) affective and psycomotor apperaisal sheet and student lecture sheets. the data alanysis (by calculating average score, proportion and pesentage). From the results of data analysis shows that in general the ability of teachers in managin learning wich apply cooperative learning model type team assisted individualisation (TAI) the subject matter of bussins and energy in the students of class VIIA state junior high school 16 kupang city which amounts to 28 people academic year 2017/2018 is optimal
