Abstract

In detail can be formulated as follows: 1) Describe the ability of the teacher in managing learning. 2) Describe the cooperative skills of students learning outcomes. 3) Describe the completeness of learning outcomes indicators. 4) Describe the completeness of student of learning outcomes. 5) Describe student’s responses to learning activities. This research is a descriptive study.Subject in this study were educators (researchers) and students of class VIID of state junior high school 11 Kupang in the odd semester of 2018/2019 school year, totaling 31students. Learning tools used in the study are as follows: student learning materials, Learning Implementation Plans, Worksheet Students, learning autocomes grids (cognitive, affective, psychomotor). Data collection techniques are observation, test and questionnaires. The istruments used in this study were observation sheets for learning management, learning autcomes tests and student respon sheets. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis technigues which include average scores, proportions and percentages. The results of the study showed that teachers ability to manage learning with the planning stage, implementationwas categorized as good, the cooperative skills are categorized as good, the completeness of the indicators of cognitive learning outcomes were good, the completeness of the learning outcomes
