Abstract

Learning motivation is an encouragement that allows students to act or do something. Scientific attitude is the level of suitability of students' behavior towards the learning process which has the following characteristics: curiosity, discipline, honesty, thoroughness, respect for the opinions of others and willing to be responsible. While learning outcomes are the values obtained by students covering cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects The guided inquiry approach is learning that in practice the teacher provides or provides extensive guidance / guidance to students. The series of activities in guided inquiry learning involves maximally all the ability of students to search and investigate systematically, critically, logically, analytically, so that they can find their own discoveries with confidence. The purpose of this study are: 1) Describe Learning Motivation and Scientific Attitude of Learners in Learning by Applying the Guided Inquiry Approach Simple Aircraft Material to the Eighth Grade Students of Adisucipto Junior High School Penfui Kupang Odd Semester Academic Year 2018/2019; 2) Describe the Completeness of Learning Outcomes and the Completeness of Learning Outcomes Indicators by Applying the Guided Inquiry Approach to Simple Aircraft Materials for Grade VIII Adisucipto Junior High School Penfui Kupang Odd Semester Academic Year 2018/2019; 3) Knowing the Significance of Partial Effect of Learning Motivation and Scientific Attitude on Learning Outcomes Through the Application of Guided Inquiry Approach to Simple Aircraft Subjects for Grade VIII Students of SMPK Adisucipto Penfui Academic Year 2018/2019; 4) Knowing the Significance of Simultaneous Effect of Learning Motivation and Scientific Attitude on Learning Outcomes in the Application of Guided Inquiry Approach to Simple Aircraft Subjects for Students of Class VIII of Adisucipto Penfui Middle School Class VIII of SMPK Adisucipto Penfui Academic Year 2018/2019 The type of research used is descriptive research and associative research. The population in this study were students of class VIII of SMPK Adisucipto Penfui, the sample was 31 students taken by random sampling method. Research results show that: 1) Learning motivation and scientific attitude of students in class VII of SMP Adisucipto Penfui are in the high category; 2) Learning outcomes indicators (IHB) The average proportion of completeness for cognitive learning outcomes indicators, affective learning outcome indicators and psychomotor learning outcomes indicators were 0.82; 0.93 and 0.97; 3) The average proportion for cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning outcomes is 0.82; 0.93 and 0.97; 3) Partially there is an effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes and there is an influence of scientific attitudes on learning outcomes; 4) simultaneously there is a significant influence between learning motivation and scientific attitude with learning outcomes
