Abstract

The purpose of this research are: (1) To describe teacher ability of teacher ability in managing learning by applying STAD type cooperative learning model of basic material of temperature and its change to students of class VIIJ odd semester SMPN 8 Kupang academic year 2017/2018 (2) Describe the participant's skill educate on the learning activities by applying STAD type cooperative learning model of the subject matter of temperature and its change to the students of class VIIJ odd semester SMPN 8 Kupang academic year2017 / 2018? (3) Describe the completeness of learning outcome indicators in learning by applying STAD type cooperative learning model the temperature and its change in the students of class VIIJ odd semester SMPN 8 Kupang Academic Year 2017/2018? (4) Describe the learning outcomes of learners in learning by applying STAD type cooperative learning model of the subject matter of temperature and its change to the students of class VIIJ odd semester SMPN 8 Kupang Academic Year 2017/2018? (6) Describe the response of learners to the learning activities by applying STAD type cooperative learning model of the subject matter of temperature and its change to the students of the VIIJ class of odd semester SMPN 8 Kupang Academic Year 2017/2018? (6) Describe the effectiveness to the learning outcomes of learners by applying STAD type cooperative learning model of the subject matter of temperature and its changes to the students of class VIIJ SMPN 8 Kupang Academic Year 2017/2018? This research is descriptive research with subject of research is teacher (researcher) and student of class VIIJ SMPN 8 Kupang which amount to 27 learners. Instrument used in this research is Observation Sheet of learning management applying STAD type cooperative learning model, Test result learn (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) response sheet of students. Techniques used to collect data in this study are Observation, test and questionnaire while the technique Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis technique by calculating the average score, proportion and percentage. Based on the results of data analysis obtained that the application of STAD type cooperative learning model of the subject matter of temperature and change in the students of class VIIJ semester ganjill Year Teaching 2017/2018 is optimal.
