Abstract

In detail can be formulated as follows: 1) Describe the ability of the teacher in managing learning. 2) Describe the completeness of student learning outcomes indicators. 3) Describe the completeness of student learning out comes. 4) Describe students' responses to learning activities. This type of research is descriptive research. Subjects in this study were teachers (researchers) and students of class VII A students of Chatolic Junior High School St. Yoseph Naikoten 2 Kupang in the odd semester of 2018/2019 school year, totaling 30 students. Learning tools used in this study are as follows: Lessons Pland, Student Learning Materials, Student Worksheet, Student Discussion Sheet, Learning Outcomes Grids (cognitive, affective, psychomotor). Data collection techniques are observation, tests and questionnaires. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets for learning management, learning outcomes tests and student response sheets. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques which include average scores, proportions and percentages. The results of the study showed that the teacher's ability to manage learning with the planning stage the score 99%, implementation the score 96%. The completeness of the indicators of cognitive learning outcomes the score 80%, the completeness of the learning outcomes of students the score 89,3% and the response of students to the implementation included in the 78,67%.
