Abstract

The research in this paper aims to produce discovery learning-based science learning tools on heat and displancement material, the learning tools needed in managing teacing and learning can be in the from of: syllabus, learning implementation plan (RPP), student activity sheet (LKS), teaching materials.In discovery learning, the theacher guides studens to carry out activities by giving initial questions and directing them to discusstions and conducting experiments. In this scientific paper the device is developed using research and develompment methods. Which is divided into there steps, namely preliminary studies, product development, and trials, baset on the viiitrial result obtained planning assesment results off 3,92, implementation of 3,84, and student respones of 87,3% therefore the learning device developed is feasible to use.
