Abstract

Labuan Bajo is the city of port which is the capital of West Manggarai Regency. This city is a gateway to the beautiful and famous natural tourist destinations around it. To access these tourist destinations, tourists need a yacht transport fleet. Cruise ticket Booking in Labuan town can be done by visiting the Pelni or making a reservation via social media acquired from the website. Ordering with this method can be difficult costumer because it is hard to know the credibility of a website that provides cruise ship travel packages. From the agent side, booking history should still be recorded again through social media conversations. Ordering in this way can also complicate the Department of Transportation to record all information from agents in the city of Labuan Bajo. This research aims to overcome the above problems by engineered the cruises ticket reservation system of mobile-based that have a high level of credibility so users can book a cruise safely. System that have been engineered can store and represent rerepresent the ordering information in the form of reports and graphs so as to facilitate the agent in the reordering of the booking info. This system can also assist the Department of Transportation of West Manggarai Regency to monitor and record all information from agents in the city of Labuan Bajo.
