Abstract
Design stage The development used is the R&D model. The design stages are carried out through seven stages, namely the planning, planning, consultation with the supervisor, validation, learning device validation, validation results analysis, final product manufacturing. The instruments used are RPP validation sheets, LDPD validation sheets, BAPD validation sheets. The results of this analysis indicate that the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) based learning tool based on the optical equipment material is Eligible to be used with each percentage based of Learning Device Planning (RPP) of 80% (Good), Percentage of Teaching Materials for Students by 80% (Good), the percentage of students' discussion sheets 80 (good) and the percentage of questions 100% (very good). Thus there is a physics learning tool based on the TGT to be one of the learning resources for teachers and students.
