Abstract

In detail can be formulated as follows: 1) Describe the ability of the teacher in managing learning. 2) Describe the learning outcomes indicators. 3) Describe the completeness of student learning outcomes. 4) Describe students' responses to learning activities. 5) Describe cooperative skills learners. This type of research is descriptive research. Subjects in this study were educators (researchers) and students of class VII B of junior high school 12 Kupang in the odd state of 2018/2019 Academic Year, totaling 32 students. Learning tools used in this study are as follows: Student Learning Materials, Learning lessons Plans, Student Worksheets, Learning Outcomes Grids (cognitive, affective, psychomotor). Data collection techniques are observation, tests and questionnaires. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets for learning management, learning outcomes tests and student response sheets. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques which include average scores, proportions and percentages. The results of the study showed that the teacher's ability to manage learning with the planning stage, implementation was categorized as good, the completeness of the indicators of cognitive learning outcomes were good, the completeness of the learning outcomes of students , the response of students to the implementation included and cooperative skills learners in the good category.
