Abstract
Learning activities are all activities carried out in the process of interaction between teachers and students in order to achieve learning goals and can be carried out inside or outside the classroom in accordance with the learning context. Teacher performance is the result of work or work performance performed by a teacher based on the ability to manage teaching and learning activities. Cooperative learning model type student achievement devision (STAD) team is one of cooperative learning that is applied to deal with the ability of heterogeneous learners, and to motivate students to be able to support and help one another in mastering the abilities taught by the teacher. The main objective of this study (1) is to describe the description of learning activities,teacher performance, cognitive learning outcomes and completeness of learning outcome indicators that apply cooperative learning model type STAD on vibration and wave material in class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Kupang in the even semester 2017/2018 school year. (2) to determine the effect of learning activities on cognitive learning outcomes partially by applying cooperative learning model type STAD on vibration and wave material in class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Kupang even semester 2017/2018 school year. (3) to determine the effect of teacher performance on cognitive learning outcomes partially by applying cooperative learning type STAD on vibration and wave material in class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Kupang even semester 2017/2018 school year. (4)to determine the effect of learning activities and teacher performance on cognitive learning outcomes simultaneously by applying cooperative learning model type STAD on vibration and wave material in class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Kupang even semester 2017/2018 school year. The results of data analysis were obtained (1) the results of descriptive analysis showed that the description of learning activities, teacher performance and cognitive learning outcomes were in the high category, with a range of respondents' perception values of 72% to 100%. Indicators of the results of learning are complete and are in a very good category, with a range of values from 0.75 to 1. (2)learning activity variables have a significant effect on cognitive learning outcomes with sig values. 0.004. (3) variable teacher performance has a significant effect on cognitive learning outcomes with sig values. 0.000 (4) learning activity variables and teacher performance have a significant effect on cognitive learning outcomes with a sig value of 0.000 and multiple regression equations Y = 0.367 X1 + 0.603 X2.
