Abstract

The guided inquiry approach is one approach in the learning process considered suitable in the field of science. especially physics subjects, because with the inquiry approach Guided students are trained to find and find out for them selves the problems they will learn teacher guidance. Thus it is expected that students can determine problems and formulate problems relating to the topic he studied. The guided inquiry approach in this study was applied in static fluid subject matter. The main problem in this study is how the results of the application of guided inquiry approaches are applied Static fluid subject matter for students of class XI Science 'odd semester in SMA Negeri 5 Kupang in the school year 2018/2019. Specifically, this problem can be formulated as follows: 1) What is the ability of the teacher in manage learning activities by applying the guided inkuirt approach to the principal static fluid? 2) How are the indicators of student learning outcomes complete by applying guided inquiry attachments static nuida subject matter? 3) How to complete the learning outcomes of students by applying the approach guided inquiry into static fluid subject matter? 4) How do students respond to learning activities by applying the guided inquiry approach to static fluid subject matter? The main objective in this study was to describe the results of the application of the inquiry approach guided by static fluid subject matter for students of class XI Science in odd semester of SMA Negeri 5 Kupang 2018/2019 school year. which can be detailed as follows: 1) Describe the ability of the teacher in manage learning activities by applying the guided inquiry approach to static fluid subject matter. 2) Describe the completeness of indicators of student learning outcomes by applying the inquiry approach guided by static fluid subject matter. 3) Describe the learning outcomes of students by applying guided inquiry approach to static fluid subject matter. 4) Describe the students' response to learning activities by applying guided inquiry approach to static fluid subject matter.This type of research is descriptive research and the subject of this research is the teacher (researcher) and students of class XI Science 'odd semester in SMA Negeri 5 Kupang in school year 2018/2019 which amounted to 29 person. Learning tools used are Student Learning Materials (BAPD), Implementation Plans Learning (RPP), Student Worksheet (LKPD), lattice and learning outcomes test(THB).Technique Data collection used is observation, tests and questionnaires. The instrument used is the sheet observation of learning management by applying the guided inquiry approach to fluid subject matter static, belaiar results test (THB) and student response sheet. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive analysis by calculating the average value, presentation and proportion. The results of the analysis found that the teacher's ability to manage physics in the subject matter static fluid which includes the planning, implementation and evaluation of Dembelaiaran is good. Indicator of the results of learning outcomes and 4 indicators as many psychomotor prepared as all indicators are complete. The result product is learning 2 indicators of students not educated to reach the end of HB product. Affective and psychomotor are all complete and the response of the participants to the learning process is deep very good category.
