Abstract
Cooperative learning model Team Assisted Indivialization (TAI) is a team learning model, to achiece a learning goal, where in this model students can form work groups with 4-6 people and heterogeneous to solve a learning problem. The main problem in this research is the ability of teachers, the learning outcomes, the response of learners to the implementation oof cooperative learning model type team assisted individualization of light materials in the class VIII students H even semester of SMP Negeri 2 kupang academic year 2017/2018. But the purpose is Describe the ability of teacher, describe the learning outcomes, describe the response of learners to the implementation of cooperative learning model type team assisted individualization of light materials in the class VIII students H even of SMP Negeri 2 kupang academic year 2017/2018. The subject of the research and students of class VIII H even of SMP Negeri 2 Kupang academic year 2017/2018 totaling 32 students. The procedure from 4 recearch namely: the format of observing the ability of the teacher, the teacher sheet in managing learning, the result of the study obtained that the ability of planning, implementation was categorized as good, the completeness of the indicators of cognitive learning outcomes were good categories
