Abstract

Difficulties in determining the type of coronary heart disease and the shortage of coronary heart experts can have an impact on the service to patients with coronary heart disease, which is increasing every year, causing doctors or nurses at Prof. Hospital Dr. WZ Yohanes Kupang experienced difficulties when trying to deal with many patients who experience coronary heart disease in determining the type of coronary heart disease suffered quickly and accurately.Therefore, we need a system that can help doctors and nurses make decisions like a specialist in coronary heart disease. Fuzzy logic application in determining the type of coronary heart disease is an application where the factsand system knowledge are obtained from several specialist doctors who have expertise in dealing with coronary heart disease.This fuzzy logic application is web based with PHP programming language and database storage using MySQL. The results of this system are membership functions for each input variable, the results of defuzzification calculations using the mamdani method with centroid defuzzification, and the conclusion of the type of coronary heart disease so as to facilitate the work of the doctors and nurses at the RSUD Prof. Dr. WZ Yohanes Kupang in providing services to patients and can convey important information about coronary heart disease.
