Abstract

Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is a regional people's representative body that is domiciled as an element of regional government in provinces / districts / cities in Indonesia. The duties of the DPRD include to form regional regulations together with regional heads, to supervise the implementation of Regional Regulations (Regional Regulations) and the Regional Budget (APBD) as well as listen to the aspirations of the people and listen to criticism related to the DPRD itself. In the North Central Timor Regency DPRD (TTU) specifically the secretariat section is the center of all information whose task is to provide information about the TTU Regency DPRD institution, but still manually. In addition, the TTU Regency DPRD also serves the community that has complaints related to the duties and roles of the agency, but in terms of the submission of complaints or opinions by the community the time and place are still very restricted. Therefore we need a system that can make it easy for the public to obtain reliable information, also in terms of expressing opinions or aspirations that are not limited by time and place. The system will be built using the CodeIgniter framework, PHP and java script as a programming language and using a MySql database. Based on the results of research and testing, the aspirations input by the community will be forwarded to the admin, then the admin will confirm the aspirations and will be forwarded to the board members, if the board members receive these aspirations then the aspirations will be processed and acted upon.
