Abstract

Problem fundamental in the study of this is how the culture of the organization in the improvement of the performanceof employees of Bank BRI Branch Ruteng Manggarai . The purpose of writing papers scientific this is to determine awareness of self-culture organizations in the improvement of the performance of employees of Bank BRI Branch Ruteng Manggarai , to determine the aggressiveness of the increase in the performance of employees , to determine the performance of dala m increase in the performance of employees .. The method of analysis of data in paper This is the technique of analysis descriptive ku alitatif . Mechanical analysis of the data that is in use to analyze the data results of interviews and data from studies previously were collected from various sources .The results of the paper is to show that the indicators that are used in the culture of the organization in the improvement of the performance of employees namely : (1). Awareness of self that is measured from the aspect of attendance , by showing the attendance of employees from year to year experienced an increase due to the lack of discipline of employees to obey the rules that exist . (2). Aggressiveness were measured from the aspect of quality of work , to show the realization of the level of achievement of the performance of employees of Bank BRI Branch Ruteng Manggarai per division it suffered a decline . (3). Performance is measured from the aspect of the quantity of work , to show the level of the customers of each type of product BRI branch R Uteng Manggarai increased . ( has met the demands of the Bank). From the analysis of the data culture organizations in the improvement of the performance of employees at Bank BRI Branch Ruteng Manggarai can be found to be significant that the culture of the organization , can be seen from the indicators that awareness of self in aspects of presence , aggressiveness on aspects of quality of work , and the performance on aspects of the quantity of work each effect to improve a performance of the work the employees are good .
