Abstract

LPP RRI Atambua is one of the Public Broadcasting Institutions (LPP) in Belu Regency. Precisely on Jalan El Tari Atambua, LPP RRI Atambua has 1 kepsta,3 sections and 5 sub / chiefs, with 37 employees. LPP RRI Atambua is one of the broadcasting institutions that has not used an information system in the process of reporting performance achievements to employees. At LPP RRI Atambua, they still have difficulties when making changes to employee data because they are still stored in a ledger. Also, lck data that are still stored in files makes it difficult for employees who want to change their lck data. To overcome the existing problems, the "PERSONNEL INFORMATION SYSTEM AT LPP RRI ATAMBUA" was made. The research model used in designing this application is the Waterfall model. This system is designed based on web. It is hoped that the Personnel Information System at LPP RRI Atambua is able to display information and reports on personnel and LCK data in LPP RRI Atambua.
