Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to find out the Discipline of work in improving employee performance at the Kupang SAR Office, to find out the timeliness in improving performance, to find out the use of office equipment in performance, to know the responsibilities in improving performance, to find out adherence to the rules in improving the performance. The data analysis method in this paper is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The data analysis technique is used to analyze the interview data collected from all sources. From the analysis of work discipline data in improving employee performance at the Kupang SAR office it can be found significantly that work discipline is seen from indicators namely timeliness in the aspect of responsiveness, use of office equipment in the aspect of initiative,responsibility in the aspect of responsiveness, adherence to rules on aspects interconnected obligations to improve a good work performance.
