Abstract

Kupang City as the capital of NTT Province (East Nusa Tenggara) is famous for its various potentials, especially in the music sector. In the era of the development of the entertainment world, music is currently one of the most popular choices for the community, besides that music is not only a people's hobby but also a people's livelihood. Kupang City is lagging behind in providing art appreciation facilities. This facility also supports the development of art appreciation activities, especially in the music sector. On a city scale, the Concert Hall can be a government investment in the economic and tourism and entertainment sectors, as local revenue from tourists. The existence of the Concert Hall in Kupang City is expected to accommodate local and modern music lovers in Kupang City, as well as provide a suitable place to hold concerts with appropriate acoustic facilities and still provide comfort, where the concert hall is designed with futuristic architecture to support ongoing activities inside the building in terms of the appearance of the building.
