Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to know the influence of Working capital and labor in a partial to the income of fishermen in the Insana sub-district North Central Timor Regency, (2) to determine the effect of working capital and the simultaneous labor on the income of fishermen in the Insana sub -District of North central Timor Regency. This research uses quantitative data types because in the implementation includes data, analysis and interpretation of the meaning of data obtained, the data source used is the primary data using a questionnaire (questionnaires) withsignificant compatible of 5%. There were 60 samples in this study later in the use of eviews 10 and in analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics with four tests i.e. classical assumption test, double linear regression analysis, hypotheses test and coefficient of determination analysis (R2). The Results of this study were obtained in partial variable Working capital (X1) with a t count of 4.633733, and a variable of labor (X2) with t count of 1.682403 positive and significant effect on the income of fishermen in the Insana sub-district of North central Timor Regency. Simultaneously variable working capital (X1), and Manpower (X2) affect the income of the Nelatan in the sub-district of North Central Timor district with a value of F count of 10.88178 and probability of 0.000099. With the results of a coefficient of determination (R2) of0,750923or 75.09 % of dependent variables (Fishermen's revenues) are capable of being described by independent Working capital variables (X1) and Labour (X2), whereas the remaining 24.91 % is described by other variables not included in this study. In conclusion Seffectively simultaneous and partial variables of working capital and Labor significant influence and posistiveon the income of fishermen in the sub-district of North central Timor Regency andbased on the results of thestudy above expected 1) for fishermen need to increase the working capital in the form of access to the fund which is a productive credit with short-term working capital for operational financing. The capital that fishermen have should be used must be effectively and efficiently resulting in higher value., 2) For the owner of the vessel,to increase the vessel capacity to increase the workforce to raise higher revenues. Labor will increase if the vessel capacity and working capital will increase.
