Abstract

The population growth of Kupang City in the last 5 years (2013-2017) has increased by 34,283 people. The increasing number of population and the condition of the empty land which continues to decline have made it difficult for the community to find vacant land to make a place to live. The decreasing empty land condition causes the land price to increase. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a vertical building solution to replace housing horizontally (Landed House), namely Apartments. Apartments are perfect for the life of Kupang City, because Kupang is the capital of the province, so there is access to important locations in the area, be it workplaces, shopping centers and entertainment, so it saves travel time. To support the appearance of the building it is planned to use a modern architectural theme, because buildings with modern architecture are designed to continue to develop in the same way as a city that is constantly developing.
