Abstract
The formulation of this problem is 1) How is the management of village fund allocation (ADD) in Mokel village, Komba city district, East Manggarai district. 2) What are the factors that influence the management of village fund allocation(ADD)in Mokel Village, Komba City District, East Manggarai Regency. The objectives of this study are 1) Knowing the management of village fund allocation (ADD) in Mokel village, Komba city district, East Manggarai district.2) Knowing the factors that influence the management of village fund allocation (ADD) in Mokel Village, Komba City District, East Manggarai Regency. This research uses qualitative data types with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative which answers the problem of village fund allocation management (ADD) by collecting data by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results show that the management of village fund allocation (ADD) in mokel village, Komba city district, East Manggarai district can be broadly concluded that: First, the process of managing village fund allocation (ADD)includes: Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting and Accountability. ADD management carried out by the Mokel Village Government,Komba City District, Manggarai Timur Regency has followed the laws and regulations. However, the process is still not optimal. This can be seen from the process a) Implementation of a payment request letter (SPP) according to regulations may not be done before the goods / services are received. However, in the village of mokel, a letter requesting payment can be made before the goods and services are received (SPP Panjar). b) responsibility. The Accountability Stage for Village Fund Allocation Management in Mokel Village is not in accordance with regulations because the accountability report for the realization of the APBDes implementation is not accompanied by complete evidence. The two factors that influence the management of Village Fund Allocation include supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors, namely community participation, and facilities and infrastructure for the apparatus. While the inhibiting factor is Human Resources. Technical guidelines for ADD. Based on the results of research in the village of mokel, it is expected that in every activity implementation, it must comply with the established regulations. Mokel Village officials, the community and all related parties are advised to cooperate in the management of ADD in Mokel Village by minimizing inhibiting factors and increasing supporting factors in ADD management.
