Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the use of village funds in Fafoe Village. 2) The impact of the utilization of village funds for the community in Fafoe Village. The village funds have a very strategic position for the village. With the number of village funds largely the village government are required to manage the financial of a wise village. In accordance with the 6-year law of 2014 about the village which explains that with financial management and should fulfill my principles are accountable, transparency, participation and implemented with orderly and budget discipline. This study explains of the village funds in the development of infrastructure in the District Malaka Subdistrict, Malacca Regency. Fafoe village is one of the villages in the district of Malaka west are quite known with various types of fram plants and plantations. This study uses qualitatifve data with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and literature study. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative which answers the problem of using village funds by systematically collecting data, analyzing and interpreing the data. The results showed that the use of village funds for the fiscal year was obtained from village fund data for 2018 to 2019 and prioritized in infrastructure development and community empowerment. However, village fund data is more focused towards village development, namely in the field of physical infrastructure development and empowerment of non-physical communities in agricultural areas, because the majority of rural communities have farmer livelihoods so that the use of village funds has the develpment needed by village communities in Fafoe village, Malaka District. West of Malacca Regency.
