Abstract

The promblem raised in this study is how the plan, inplementation,administration, reporting, and the financial statement of the village in Tasain Village Raimanuk District, Belu District and inhibitors and supporters in the management of the village fund allocation in the village Tasain. The purpose of this research is to know to planning of inplementati, administration,reporting, and financial accountability of village in Tasain Village Raimanuk District, Belu District. Types and sources of data in this study are taken from data by its source divided into two of primary data and secondary data, as well as data processed using qualitative descriptive techniques. Based on the results of analysis that can show: (1) In the management of ADD’s that include planning, activity, administration, reporting and accountability, conducted by the village government of Tasain in Raimanuk District, Belu District has been conferessed by the technical instructions for the management of the ADD management that has been established in the laws and regulationst. But in plementation of the process is not optimal due to delay in the reporting process. (2) The factor of the village fund allocation management (ADD) includes inhibitors and supporting factors, namely the inhibitors in fact of human location resource of the particulasion,which the average school of the Tasain is based on elementry schools and junior high schools. This can lead to a lack of knowledge about the management of ADD additions that each yaer is varying. While supporters factor that is the participationin of of the community can be seen from the respon and involvement of villagers in every program that is progammed by the village and helps in facilitating the program ADD, as well as sufficient facilities and infrastructure. Viewing from the results of the analysis, it is advisable to the Tasain village government should conduct coaching in the management of the village funding allocation (ADD) and also follow the procedures and schedules that have been established so that at the time of budget use the government village should conduct a survey in order to be in the development that is implemented by the village government is right target, as well the community and all related parties in the management of ADD should work together to minimize inhibiting factors and increase the factors supporting the management of the village funding allcations.
