Abstract
Health services are one of the most important things and most needed by the general public. In essence, service is an effort to help prepare everything that is needed by others and can provide satisfaction according to the wishes expected by consumers /users. To be called a good health service, there must be various basic requirements. But in reality, BPJS participant patients still do not feel the quality of health services as expected. For this reason, researchers are interested in assessing the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients in health services at hospitals in RSUD. Prof. W.Z Johannes is based on 3 indicators according to Kotler including service accessibility, service quality and service processes and systems. The results of this study indicate that health services in hospitals in hospitals. Prof. W.Z Johannes Kupang is inadequate, in the sense that the community is not satisfied. This is indicated by the unsatisfactory quality of hospital services. So that hospital services still need to be improved.
