Abstract

State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is an important part of the sustainability of bureaucracy in Indonesia. That requires the good recruitment and deployment of staff for an effective and efficient performance. In the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) East Nusa Tenggara Province, there is a mismatch of educational background to the position filled. Therefore terms of office like knowledge, skill and experience must be concern. In general, this research aims to look at the suitability of the placement of employees in the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) East Nusa Tenggara Province with terms of office. This study uses a quantitative research. The results showed that the deployment of staff in the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) East Nusa Tenggara Province has done well with the percentage of. Indicator analysis knowledge to get a percentage (pretty good), analysis of indikators of job skills to get a percentage (good), and analysis of indikators of work experience earn a percentage of (good). However, there are some aspects that should be improved in order to achieve the vision and mission of the Regional Employment Agency (BKD) East Nusa TenggaraProvince.
