The problem that is often faced by a restaurant is the lack of good service to visitor,one of which is due to a delay in service satisfaction fronvisitors analysis of community demand for chickens. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the effect of income,the price simultaneously on the demand for chicken geprekbrotus. 2) to determine the effect of income variables, the price of the request for geprekbrotus chicken. Partially to the study using quantitative data type of data that can be measured or dih directly, in the form or information or explanations expressed in numbers or in the form of numbers. Source of data used in this study is primary data is a source of research data obtained directlty from the original source ( not trought intermediaries). There 60 samples in this study then processed using Eviews 10 and analyzed using regression models and inferential statistics with four tests namely 1) classical assumpstion test 2) multiple linear regression analysis 3) test hypotheses 4) analysis of coefficient determination (R2) The results of the study were obtained : variable income, price, simultan eously have a good effct on the demand for chicken geprek in restaurants in kupang fried chicken brotus.revenues, partially have a positive and significant effect on the variable demand for chicken geprek in restaurant of fried chicken brotus kupang, Ilarga partially has a negative and not significant effect on the demand for chicken geprek in the restaurant fried chicken brotuskupang. With the results of the determination coefficient goodness of fit test ( R2) of 0.548780 or 54% of the dependent variables ( food demand) can be explained by the independent variable income ( X1), price ( X2). While 46% by other variables not included in this study. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the healt office always hold information sanitation hygiene, conduct periodic chechs on food workers/handlers and the level of quality(restauransts) of restaurants and restaurants. The remainder is explained.
