Abstract

Credit cooperatives are one type of cooperatives in Indonesia that are included in the Financial Services business cooperative. One of them is the Credit Union Serviam Cooperative (KSP CU SERVIAM) located in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT). However, the process of determining the provision of credit to members of the Serviam cooperative is still done manually, so that in the application of determining the provision of credit is not yet on target and causes many members whose loans are bad, this is also because there is no efficient system in supporting the process of determining the provision of credit for using Inadequate manual calculations at the time of the loan provision determination. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the application of credit acceptance with predetermined criteria and calculated using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find a weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes by finding the optimal alternative from several alternatives with certain criteria. This system is also built using Framework Code Igniter (CI), using the PHP programming language and java script along with the database used is xampp Based on the results of research and testing, the engineered application can facilitate the cooperative in determining lending to customers and also for prospective members who wish to register as members of the cooperative and for customers who want to pay monthly loan installments so that they do not need to come directly to the cooperative.
