Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1). To know an analyse picture of the quality of licencing at investment office and the integrity service one door in Kupang city. 2). To analyse an inluance of the Tangibles to the quality of licensing at investment office and the integrity service one door in Kupang city. 3). To analyse the influance of the reability to the quality of licensing at investment office and the integrity service one door in Kupang city. 4). To analyse the inluance of the responsiveness toward thequality of licensing at investment office and the integrity service one door in Kupang city. 5). To analyse the influance of the assurance toward the quality of licensing at investment office and the integrity service one door in Kupang city. 6). To analyse the influance of emphaty to the quality of licensing at investment office and the integrity service one door in Kupang city.This research used a Quantitative Data, it can be measured or counted in direct, like an informasion or explanation that stated by number. The source that used in this research was primer data is a research data gotten by direct from the real source (not by internediary). There were 30 samples in this research, thus it was processed by using the Partial Least Square (PLS) and analysed by using the Regresi Mode and the Inferential Statistic, such as the analysed of the Partial Least Square (PLS); the Structural Mode (Inner Mode), the Measurement (outter mode), the weighting scheme.The result of this research was the tangibles, a responsiveness, the positive emphaty and significant toward the quality service. While the reability variable and the assurance not has positive effect and significant to the quality service.By the resulting of this research the writer suggest to investment office and the integrity service one door in Kupang city to pay attention to the tangibles, the reability, the responsiveness, the assurance, the emphaty to increase the quality service at investmen office and the integrity service one door in Kupang city.
