Abstract

The staffing information system is a systematic procedure for collecting, storing, maintaining, attracting and validating the data needed by an organization both at the Agriculture Service Office in South Central Timor Regency is an institution that processes the Agriculture Office staffing data. In the process, data processing of employees, extension workers, transfer, training, graduation, achievement, punishment, and education is still done manually. That makes it difficult to find general data that is in the staffing file. The staffing files are also still placed separately. In this study, the authors build a Web-based information system development that can help the data processing process quickly. The method of development in making the system using Waterfall and PHP MySql programming language for database management. The results of this study have been built Web-Based Employment Information System that can improve the performance and quality of staffing that is used for data management activities quickly and accurately.
