Abstract

The thesis entitled Evaluation of the Mid-Term Development Plan for the Village of West Tou, Kota Baru Subdistrict, Ende Regency, 2017 - 2023. It is focused on its study of three problems. Namely: How is the preparation of the Mid-Term Development Plan for Tou Barat Village, Kotabaru District, Ende Regency? , How is the Evaluation of the Mid-Term Development Plan for Tou Barat Village, Kotabaru Subdistrict, Ende Regency, 2017-2023? What factors are the obstacles and support for the realization of the Mid-term Development Plan for Tou Barat Village, Kotabaru District, Ende Regency, 2017-2023? This research emphasizes direct observation going into the field to extract data through interviews and is supported by related reference sources to analyze the findings data. The method used is descriptive qualitative. In this study, researchers were directly involved in information. The informants in this study were the head of the village of West Tou, secretary, treasurer, village local assistant (PLD), the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and the people of West Tou Village. The study uses public policy theory and analysis which analyzes the Tou Barat Village Medium Term Development Plan regarding the formulation of the RPJMDes. Including several stages which are the most effective criteria, covering, responsiveness, and accuracy. With the evaluation process of the development plan (RPJMDes), the community can see and confirm the ongoing development in the village. With initials, participation, and increased cooperation between institutions in the village.
