Abstract

Writing in this paper is intended to produce learning tools through a novick model on a temperature. The learning tools needed in managing the teaching process can be of teaching material. The typical novick learning is in it self the teacher guides and makes learners more active and think with the initial knowledge capitalit has and the teacher raises the initial question and points to an observation. As for the benefit of writing this scientific paper, it is to be a teacher reference todeveloping learning tools through a novick learning model and thus a provision for a future process as well as an input material for managing the learning with a novick model. In the development of these critical thinking materials through several stages of 1) initial study 2) planning 3) product development 4) the validation of the product. To assess a product requires an instrument of assessment. The assessment instruments used in this scientific paper are validation sheets. This validation sheet is used to obtain information about the worthiness of the learning tools based on the judgment of the expert validator. Aiken's formulation where it can be concluded that a teaching material from the content of validity content is if v is equal to or greater than 0,30 and is suitable for use based on the validatot's judgment. This learning device is suggested to be used one of the beneficiaries in learning to train students in critical thinking.
