Abstract
This scientific paper is entitled: Quality of health servicer for BPJS user. the main problem that was studied was the quality of health servicer for BPJS user in the sikumana kupang mass health clinic. The purpose of the study is to find out how the employee’s catch in handling the quality of health servicer for users of BPJS. The method used in writing this scientific paper is descriptive qualitative, data collection techiniques used are primary data in the from of interviews and secondary data. From data analysts the quality of public services is servicer are important and become a priority for organizerrs to meet the basic needs of the community. Health is one of the first level health facilities for health care providers can be obtained from the health center. The benefits of puskesmas services are very much felt and help the community, referred to as the BPJS patient. So the servicer provided to patients must be of quality according to specified service standards. Conducting research with the aim ti find out the quality of services for all factors supporting and inhibiting service. The research used is qualitative research subject sources of data and primary data. The study states that the quality of services provided to BPJS and non BPJS patients in sikumana puskesmas it’s good and in accordance with the needs of the community seen from, direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy while the supporting factors of service are the attitude of employees who are friendly and well mannred, implicity of flow and affordable costs, but there is still a need to be repaired namely the lack of supporting infrastructure such as slow network five loudspeakers and mismatches in the number of busy patients and the number of existing staff.
