Abstract

The problems in this study are as follows: (1) How do respondents respond to the training, organizational culture, motivation and performance at the NTT Regional Police Office? (2) Do the training, organizational culture, motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the NTT Regional Police'sDitreskrimsus staff? (3) Do training, organizational culture, motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the NTT Regional Police's Ditreskrimsus staff? The population in this study were 33 employees at Ditreskrimsus Polda NTT. The samples were 33 employees. The types of data used are qualitative data, quantitative data, primary data, and secondary data. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnaire /questionnaire. The analytical tool used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of descriptive analysis show that the training variable is in the very good category with a value of 86%, the organizational culture variable is in the very good category with a value of 86%, the motivation variable is in the good category with a value of 83%, and the employee performance variable is in the very good category with a value 86%. The results of inferential statistical analysis show that partially the training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the tcount of 6.970 with a significance value of 0.000 <α value of 0.05. Organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the tcount of 8.373 with a significance value of 0.000 <α value of 0.05. The motivation variable has a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the tcount of 2.449 with a significance value of 0.000 <α value of 0.05. Simultaneously, the variables of education and training, organizational culture, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the Fcount value of 34.384 with a significance value of 0.000 <α value of 0.05. The contribution of the three independent variables (R2) of education and training, organizational culture, motivation to employee performance is 78.1% and the rest is influenced by other variables not involved in this study.
