Abstract
One of the ways to increase taxpayers is by improving the quality of service to taxpayers. Service quality is an achievement or achievementi in customer service. One of the local tax services handled by the Kupang Primary Tax Office is Land and Building Tax. This writting aims to find out how the quality of land and building tax services at the Kupang Pratama Tax Service Office. Writting this scientific paper uses secondary data types and primary data. Manely interview and observation techniques and data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptions. Where these variables ande objects are measured using aspects and indicators then analyzed and supported by expert opinion. Ther result of this paper indicate that the quality of service provided by the office is quite maximal, because not all indicators and aspects are met. There are still taxpayers. Those who pay taxes too much and are not too concerned with matters relating to taxation.
