Abstract

Pigs are one type of livestock that are mostly kept by the people of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), especially in Kupang City. Usually the pork will be taken for meat to be made into various preparations, one of which is a typical food from NTT, namely se'i babi. Se'i Babi is one of the prima donna culinary specialties of Kupang City because of its popularity, not a few people are the owners of the Se'i Pig culinary business. Based on existing data, the level of demand for pork raw materials is very high. However, the problem faced by the culinary owner of se'i babi is the difficulty in obtaining a supply of quality meat raw materials from pig farmers in Kupang City. A similar problem faced is that the number of culinary places can make consumers confused about choosing a culinary place that is cheap, close by and has good reviews. Based on these problems, a geographic information system (GIS) was built using the waterfall model method, PHP7 programming language and MySQL DBMS as a data storage solution to meet the raw material needs needed by the owner of the pig and make it easier for visitors to choose the location of each pork se'i outlet.
