Abstract

The application to coordinate web-based digital data is an application designed to assist the data management process such as lecturer and student research data, incoming and outgoing mail data, Faculty work program data, lecturer personnel data and community service data at the Faculty of Philosophy. Which is still running is still being recorded using an archive book and archiving manually. In addition, the data search process takes a long time and stored documents are often damaged or even lost. To overcome the problems that occur, a web-based application is designed that can coordinate digital data to assist the data management process in the Faculty of Philosophy. This research uses software engineering method with waterfall model. In the waterfall model, there are several stages, namely analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. In the process of designing this application, using the PHP programming language and mysql database. This application can display lecturer research data reports, incoming and outgoing mail data and Faculty work program data. There is also a login page display that can be used by admins to enter the main admin page. Users can view and download research data conducted by lecturers and students in the form of pdf files.
