Abstract

This research was conducted at the Noelbaki Reform Education Foundation located on Jl.Timor Raya KM 14.5, Noelbaki Village, Central Kupang District, Kupang Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of education, training, teaching experience on student achievement with teacher professionalism as an intervening variable.The population in this study were 40 YPRN teachers, and the sample method used was the saturated sample method. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the Smart Partial Least Square program. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that student learning achievement, teacher professionalism and education are in the good category, while the training and teaching experience of teachers at the Noelbaki Reform Education Foundation is in the fairly good category. The results of statistical tests show that the education variable has a positive but not significant effect on the student achievement variable at the Noelbaki Reform Education Foundation.The results of statistical tests showed that the education variable had a positive but not significant effect on the teacher professionalism variable. The results of statistical tests show that the teaching experience variable has a positive and significant effect on student achievement. The results of the statistical test showed that the student achievement variable had a positive but not significant effect on the teacher professionalism variable. The results of the statistical test showed that the education variable had a positive but not significant effect on the teacher professionalism variable. The results of statistical tests show that the training variable has a positive and significant effect on the teacher professionalism variable. The results of statistical tests show that the teaching experience variable has a positive and significant effect on the teacher professionalism variable. The results of statistical tests show that the variable of teacher professionalism mediates the education variable on student achievement which has a positive but not significant effect. The results of statistical tests show that the variable of teacher professionalism mediates the effect of training on student achievement which has a positive and significant effect. The results of statistical tests show that the variable of teacher professionalism mediates the effect of teaching experience on student achievement,which has a positive but not significant effect. The coefficient of determination of the student achievement variable is 0.198 or 19.8% and the teacher professionalism variable is 0.076 or 7.6%. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to the management of the Academic Sector of the Noelbaki Reform Foundation to improve student learning achievement, especially on indicators of knowledge,improve teacher education, improve teacher training, especially on indicators of training methods and improve teaching experience, especially on indicators of length of service at the Noelbaki Reform Education Foundation. .
