Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the levels of Manganesa (Mn) and Iron(Fe) in refill drinking water samples from 8 depot points in Oebobo Vilage, Kupang City.. This research was conducted by spectrophotometer, on 8 samples. The results of the study obtained data on manganesa content in the eight samples respectively was: 0,007, 0,026, 0,022, 0,024, 0,020, 0,013, 0,001 and 0,003 mg/L. The Fe content obtained were: 0,03, 0,06, 0,02, 0,12, 0,08, 0,16, 0,04 and 0,17 mg/L. Based on the results obtained it is concluded that the levels of Manganesa and Iron from the water refill depot in Oebobo Vilage, NTT Province meet the standards Ministerial Decree No 492/MENKES/PER/VI/2010 because the levels were still below the established threshold, namely Mn 0,4 mg/L and Fe 0,3 mg/L.
