Abstract

This research was written by Maksimus Je (31116133) Development Economics Study Program under the guidance of 1 Mrs. Enike Tje Yustin Dima, SE., ME. and Supervisor II Mr. Adrianus Ketmoen, SE, MM with the research title "The Influence of Economic Growth, Regional Original Income and General Allocation Funds on the Allocation of Capital Expenditure Budget in Ende Regency". The objectives of this study are (1) To find an overview of economic growth, local revenue and general allocation of funds to capital expenditures in Ende district. (2) To determine the simultaneous effect of economic growth, local revenue and general allocation funds on capital expenditure in Ende district. (3) To determine the effect of Persial and Simultaneous Economic Growth, Regional Original Income and General Allocation Funds on Capital Expenditures in Ende Regency. This study uses quantitative data and the source of the data used in this study is secondary data, with a significant level of 5%. There were 15 samples in this study which were then processed using Eviews 10 which were analyzed using data analysis techniques, namely 1) Inferential Statistics consisting of multiple linear regression analysis. 2) The classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. 3) Hypothesis testing consisting of t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study obtained the variables of Economic Growth, Local Own Income and General Allocation Funds with t count X1 of 0.395599, t count X2 of 0.495992, t count X3 of 2.175126, partially have a positive and significant effect on capital spending in Ende Regency. Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue and General Allocation Funds with an F count of 1.833030, simultaneously affect capital expenditure in Ende Regency. With the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.151468 or 15.14% of the dependent variable (Total Capital Expenditures), it can be explained by the independent variables of Economic Growth (X1), Regional Original Income (X2) and General Allocation Funds (X3). Meanwhile, the remaining 84.86% is explained by other variables not included in this study. The conclusion is that partially and simultaneously the variables of economic growth, local revenue and general allocation funds have a significant effect on capital expenditure in Ende District.Based on the results of the above research, it is hoped that regional government can increase the components of Regional Original Income so that Regional Original Income can increase so that the allocation for Spending capital can be added.
