Abstract

Community participation in the utilization of village funds is the determiner of the success of the developer in the village. Therefore, participation is a prerequisite for the realization of the use of accountable and transpara village funds. This study uses descriptive method that aims to collect actual information in detail that describes the symptoms and identify problems and collect data and pour data from the field through observations and interviews for later analysis. The results showed that the participation of kenotan villagers in the development planning process in the village is better characterized by more and more residents accessing the village deliberation process. This collective awareness is the determinant of the success of development in kenotan village sourced from village funds.
