Abstract
The problems in this research are: (1) How does road infrastructure affect economic growth in Belu district? (2) How does distribution of clean water affect economic growth ini Belu district? (3) How does electricity consumption affect economic growth ini Belu district? (4) how is the road infrastruktur affected Clean water distribution, and electricity consumption onto economic growth in Belu district. This study uses quantitative data namely data in the form of numbers in the true sense, various matehematical operations can be performed on quantitative data. the data source used is secondary data, namely data obtained from records, books, magazines related to the length of the road, the volume of clean water distributed, electricity consumption, and economic growth in belu district from 2005 to 2019. In this study, it was analyzed using inferential statistics with four tests, namely the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results are obtained : Simultaneously road infrastructure, clean water distribution, and electricity consumption affect economic growth in Belu district. With a coefficient of determination (R2 ) of 0.897449 or 89.74%, while the remaining 10.26% is explained by other variabels not included in this study. Partially, road infrastructure variables have a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth, the variable of clean water distribution has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth, and the variable of electricity consumption has a positive and significant in Belu district. Besed on the results of this study, it is recommended that the local gevornment carry out a policy to improve : (1) Road infrastruktur by reducing road conduction in order to increase economic growth so that it has a positive and significant effect, (2) Clean water distribution is by improving network so that it has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, and (3) the use of electricity is further increased and its stability is maintained so that its influence on economic growth in Belu Regency.
