Abstract

Malaka Regency is one of the 21 regencies in NTT located on the island of Timor, this Regency is also the result of the division of Belu Regency, Malaka Regency still has lagging behind in its infrastructure because it is still a new Regency so there are several development programs that are still in planning starting from the construction of road/ bridge infrastructure as well as government offices, focusing on the construction of government buildings which overall are still lacking and unlike other districts which have a regent's office, prosecutor's office, tourism office, PUPR office and other. Malaka Regency already has a PUPR Office, but to accommodate the administrators in the Malaka Regency PUPR Service, it still cannot be said to be optimal because the place used for work still uses the KUD building located in Tubaki, Central Malaka district. To achieve this, we need buildings that can provide comfort and buildings that do not use a lot of energy. Using the Green Architecture approach at the Malaka District PUPR Service, it is a bridge for other building designs to address the issue of global warming, by creating a good impact on the environment and no less important is comfort for users.
