Abstract

Research is done for the number of results catches nelayan East Flores Regency se annually unchanged except in 2017 and 2018 that has the number of results t angkapan same. Fishermen's income is the main source to meet their daily needs The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) Do Prices, Capital and Labor partially have a significant effect on the income of fishermen in East Flores Regency? 2) Is the Price, Capital and Labor's ecar a simultaneous significant effect on income N elayan in East Flores?. The purpose of this research is 1)To knowing significance of the influence of prices, Capital and Labor partially on income Fishermen in East Flores. 2) To knowing significance of the influence of prices, Capital and Labor simultaneously on revenue Fishermen in East Flores. The population in this study amounted to 80 respondent and has a sample of 44 fishermen in TPI Amagarapi, East Flores Regency. The results were obtained : 1) price , in Partial influence positively and significantly to earnings in East Flores with probability equal to 0.0186. 2)Capital partially has a positive and insignificant effect on Income in East Flores Regency with a probability value of 0.2073. 3) Labor has a partial positive and insignificant effect on Income in East Flores Regency with a probability value of 0.1866. 4) Prices, Capital and Labor in Simultaneous influence positively and significantly to the revenue Fishermen in East Flores district with a probability value of 5.329434. Results Coefficient of Determination Goodness of fit test (R 2 ) of 0.6040 means that for 60,40% variable Revenue Fishermen able explained right by variable free ( price, Capital and Labor ). Suggestions in this study were 1) Fishermen need pay attention fish handling was good. 2) In order to maximize the fisherman's catch, sufficient fisherman's capital is needed . 3) The use of forcek Govm foreign fishermen in each group should be appropriate to the needs, there by reducing the cost of going to sea, for an additional ten aga pofesional not work . 4) The Government is expected to provide assistance in terms of counseling or guidance on improving the skills of fishermen in catching fish and Government policies must be in accordance with the needs of fishermen.
