Abstract
The formulation of the problem in this study is what strategy the local government of Kupang City should do in order to increase the achievement of the WTP Opinion from the BPK. The formulation of the problem in the research is what strategy should the local government of Kupang City do in order to increase the achievement of the Mandatory Opinion Without Exceptions from the Supreme Audit Agency? With the aim of explaining the strategy carried out by the Kupang City Government to improve the achievement of Unqualified Opinion from the Supreme Audit Agency. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that only looks at the state of the object or problem and is not intended to draw or draw generally accepted conclusions. The technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling based on certain considerations and the size of the sample is 20 respondents based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis technique used in this analysis is SWOT analysis. This analysis is used to determine priority policies to improve the achievement of an unqualified opinion from BPK. It is recommended for the Kupang City government to immediately develop a financial statement information system and asset management system that is integrated with all SKPD, the Kupang City Government is also advised to carry out monitoring in order to strengthen the function of the SKPD Financial Administration Officer. In connection with the facility, it is recommended that the recording of tax receivables is recommended to use the development of a Local Area Network (LAN) based tax application and evaluate the BUMD Financial Statements and monthly
