Abstract

Education is the most important instrument for enhancing human capacities and for achieving goals in the fields of social and economic development. Work experience is the mastery of knowledge and skills possessed by employees at work which can be measured from the period of service and the type of work that the employee has done during a certain period. Wage is a financial imbalance that is addressed to the workforce in accordance with the hours worked, the number of goods produced or the number of services produced. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) Does the level of education have a significant effect on the wages of employees of PT. Kupang City Flobamor ? 2) Does work experience have a significant effect on the wages of employees of PT. Fkobamor Kupang City? 3) Does the level of education and work experience affect the wages of employees of PT. Kupang City Flobamor? The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the effect of education level on the wages of employees of PT. Kupang City Flobamor. 2) Knowledge of the effect of work experience on the wages of employees of PT. Kupang City Flobamor. 3) Knowledge of the effect of education level and work experience on the wages of employees of PT. Fobamor Kupang City. The type and source of data used is secondary data, namely in 2021. For data processing and analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. In this study, the data were processed using the Eviews and SPSS 20 devices. The results of this study are the level of education and work experience have a positive effect on the wages of employees of PT. Kupang City Flobamor. The results of the hypothesis test of the variable level of education and work experience simultaneously affect the wages of employees of PT. Flobamor Kupang City.
