Abstract

Yohanes Don BoskoRoja (31115009) Development Economics, with the Research Title "Analysis of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Living Together in Sangadeto Village, Ngada Regency". This thesis is under the guidance of Mr. Daniel Taolin, SE, M.Si as supervisor I and Mrs.Emiliana Martuti Lawalu, SE.ME as supervisor II. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Living Together is a Business Entity owned by the community of Sangadeto Village, Ngada Regency. In the program planning there are 5 programs, namely: finance, services, trade, rental of goods, and tourist villages, but only two programs are being implemented. For this reason, the author is interested in conducting this research with the formulation of the problem: How is the management of Credit Business Units in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Living Together in Sangadeto Village, Ngada Regency?. And the research objectives are: To find out the management of Credit Business Units in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Living Together in Sangadeto Village, Ngada Regency. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. Interviews were conducted by telephone and video calls with informants or volunteer sampling. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive model with the following stages: data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that at the planning stage (BUMDes) for Living Together, five business programs were planned, but only two programs were implemented, namely financial and trade programs. In particular, the financial credit program has been implemented well and there have been no irregularities in the distribution of loans (credit) to the public. At the stage of Organizing, Guiding and Supervising Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Living Together has been going well and in accordance with the provisions. Suggestions in this study are: 1) It is hoped that the managers of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Living Together will continue to develop credit business units and make other programs by maximizing the potential of the currently available villages. 2) It is necessary to carry out continuous socialization to the community regarding the program carried out by BUMDes Living Together related to community empowerment. 3) Management has been running well and is maintained for the welfare of the community. 4) It is necessary to increase the capacity of Human Resources (HR) for BUMDes Management Living Together.
