Abstract
The Internet is a media that can not be separated from the life of society today, ranging from government agencies, private individuals and even can take advantage of this media to publicize information that is certainly very helpful in all business processes within the company or institution or individual profile. Beauty Education Institute (LPKK) Vania salon is one of the non-formal educational institutions engaged in beauty courses that have been established since the beginning of 2012 and has graduated 144 participants in the course with the growing interest of students who are increasing interest. Results obtained previously LPKK Vania Salon has not applied information technology in the form of website, Vania salon shows many obstacles encountered especially in promotion and registration of new student manually. This research is done by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method while product development is Vania Salon website used PHP programming language, Bootstrap 3.3.7 to support responsive display and supported with Framework Codelgniter 3.1.4 to support more stable web performance. The test tool used to test the functionality of the website is Black Box Testing. With this method can also be obtained that all the controls contained on the website Vania Salon to function properly.
